If you are looking for quick and delicious food to help you lose weight, try this new smoothie that calories. Smoothie, who I named ‘Death By Chocolate!’, I made up for my new Men’s Health book The MetaShred Diet.
It’s part of the 28-day phase of “accelerated fat loss” of the MetaShred baby. Smoothie is rich in proteins, healthy fats, and fibers, a combination that will keep you tight for long. The most important thing is that it is delicious. You can eat it at any time of the day as a meal replacement. Since you can drink it in a car or train, you will always have a simple, great breakfast, lunch or dinner when in a hurry.
1 portion of chocolate protein powder
3 large tablespoons of walnuts
1/4 cup almonds
2 large spoons of unshaven cocoa powder
2 large tablespoons of cocoa beans
2 cups of water
4 cubes of ice
All ingredients except water and ice should be placed in a blender and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is made. Add water and ice as desired.
