We said before that the processing of tree requires patience and attention to emotion. when talking about wood it is necessary to say that there are more ways for wood processing.
In addition we represent two ways of processing wood and represent an indispensable process in the processing the wood
WOOD JOINTS-is part of the technique of wood processing, thus is a matter of joint technique of assembling the tree to reach the ultimate goal. surely you’ve seen wood with different patterns. for all this imaginary picture cares carpentry. Some wood joints employ fasteners, buttons, or adhesives, while others use only wood elements. The characteristics of wooden joints – strength, flexibility, strength, appearance, etc. – arising from the properties of the materials involved and the purpose of the joint. Therefore, different techniques frames are used to meet different requirements. For example, carpentry used to build a house may be different than that used to make puzzle toys, although some concepts overlap.
WOODTURNING- is a form of wood used to create wooden objects on a lathe. Woodturning differs from most other forms of wood that tree moves while stationary tool is used to cut and shape it. Very complex shapes and designs can be made by turning the wood.
There are two different methods to convert wood, spindle turning and turning bowl or faceplate. Their key difference is the orientation of the wood grain, relative to the axis of the lathe. This variation in orientation changes tools and techniques used. In spindle turning, grain running lengthways along the lathe bed, like a log was mounted in the lathe. thus grain is always perpendicular to the direction of rotation within the tool. In turn container, grain running perpendicular to the axis as stone were set through the chuck. When empty vessel rotates, the angle that makes grain cutting tool constantly changing between slight decrease in longitudinal and down through the grain for two positions of rotation when the tool is cutting across the grain, even up through it. This different angle grain limits some of the tools that can be used and require additional skills in order to cope with it.
